Possible birth: Frederick Slack, Apr-Jun 1885, West Ward, volume 10b, page 725

Possible 1939 Register, Frederick Slack, born 18 Apr 1885, living with Henry Slack and Mary E Slack in Darlington.

Possible death: Frederick Slack, aged 84, birthdate 18 Apr 1885, died Jan-Mar 1970, Westmorland North, volume 1b, page 1664

The 1919-09-08 death certificate's informant is Fred Slack at 4 Soho Street.
The 1924-03-21 death certificate's informant is F Slack at 4 Soho Street.
However, Frank Slack was also at 4 Soho Street when he was married 1914-11-18 but he was at 22 Simpson Street in 1915. So, I am assuming Fred was the informant for the 1924 certificate.
